1. About these terms

These terms and conditions apply when you use iptvrockers.com or buy an IPTV subscription from IPTVRockers (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

IPTVRockers provides access to live TV channels and on-demand content delivered over the internet. The channel lineup and on-demand library are updated regularly, so individual channels or titles may be added, changed or removed at any time.

3. Plans and prices

• Plans are sold for fixed periods of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at the prices shown on the pricing page when you order.
• Prices are listed in US dollars.
• Each plan is a single payment. Plans do not renew automatically.
• We may change prices for future orders. A change does not affect a plan you have already paid for.

4. Free trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test the service before buying. The trial is provided as it is and may be limited to one per customer.

5. Orders and delivery

After your payment is confirmed we send your IPTV details to the email address you gave at checkout, usually within 5 to 30 minutes. Delivery can take longer at busy times. You are responsible for giving a correct email address and for checking your spam folder.

6. What you need

You need a suitable internet connection and a supported device. Setup guides are on the installation page. Picture quality and stability depend partly on your own internet connection, device and home network, which are outside our control.

7. Your responsibilities

• Your subscription is for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Do not share, resell or publish your login details or portal address.
• Do not try to copy, record for redistribution, or interfere with the service.
• You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful in the country where you live.

We may suspend or end a subscription that is used in breach of these terms.

8. Refunds

Paid plans are covered by our 7-day Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, technical faults and events outside our control can cause interruptions.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
